about
i’m light. irl, i go by alok. i’m a 17 y/o high school student, programmer, and technologist. i enjoy understanding how things work and then building small, thoughtful software from what i learn.
lately i’ve been spending most of my time studying maths and physics, building rl environments at puffer.ai and building blazecode, a lightweight terminal ai agent. in between, i’m usually experimenting with linux, learning and writing C, or writing little tools that make my day-to-day workflow a bit more enjoyable. i’m especially interested in computers, systems, and the craft of building software that feels simple and pleasant to use.
this website is my notebook, where i collect ideas before i forget them, write about things i’m learning, document projects, keep track of my journey, and occasionally disappear into rabbit holes that start with one question and end somewhere completely unexpected. not everything here is finished, but that’s part of the point.
outside of technology, you’ll usually find me playing football and video games, watching anime & movies, reading books, listening to music, or simply thinking about the kind of future i’d like to help build.
